Chocolate Chunk Cookies !
ingredients :
115 g unsalted butter
200 g caster sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla essence
190 g plain flour
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
50 g nestum / oatmeal
225 g chopped white & chocolate chunks
direction :
Preheat the oven to 190 degree celsius. Beat the butter and sugar and then add the egg and vanilla essence. Sift together the dry ingredients and stir the nestum or oatmeal. Incorporate the mixed dry ingredients and chocolate into the butter mixture.
