Moist Chocolate Cake [Recipe]

For cake

Ingredients 1 :

~ 65gm cocoa powder
~ 1 1/2 cup hot water

Ingredients 2 :

~ 250gm butter [buttercup]
~ 320gm caster sugar
~ 3 eggs [ A size]
~ a bit of vanilla essence

Ingredients 3 :

~ 235gm flour
~ 15gm baking powder
~15gm soda bicarbonate

For topping

~ cocoa powder
~ sweetened milk
*agak agak & secukup rasa


To bake the cake, 
we need to mix Ingredients 1 to a bowl. 
Mix them well and wait for the mixture to cool first. 
In the meantime, put Ingredients 2 to another bowl. 
Mix all the ingredients 
( butter, caster sugar , eggs and vanilla essence) 
and mix them until the mixture become smooth 
and the color turns into so-called white 
(like cream)
After that, into the same bowl, 
put Ingredients 1 and Ingredients 3 one-by-one, 
until they mixed well. 
Enough for the cake, bake them for around 
40 minutes, 120`C

For the topping, boil the cocoa powder, 
sweetened milk and some water. 
Mix well. 
Finally, you can pour it to your cake, 
after it is ready. 
You can freely decorate your cake 
with chocolate rice or anything as you want.
